The book about The Tivoli in Helsingborg is to be published in combination with The Tivoli's 25-year anniversary the 6th of September 2021. A vast, attractive and inspiring book about a Rock schack that became- and is still today- more than just a place for concerts. An entertainment hub with Stand-up's, meetings, new talent discovery, corporate rock, food and drinks. Unique photographs of- and interviews with- artists like: The Sounds, Magnus Carlson, Bob Hund, Staffan Hellstrand, Nic Schröder, Tomas Andersson Wij and many more! Stand-up comedians such as Henrik Schyffert, Marika Carlsson, Thomas Pettersson, Martin Svensson, Carl Stanley and many others. The posters through the years, The Sofiero (royal gardens) superstars: Leonard Cohen, Bryan Adams, Bob Dylan etc. And of course, the Full Story of The Tivoli and it's journey throughout the years told primarily by no other than the business leader himself: Hasse Jönsson.
The book is also a first step to creating a non-profit for yearly stipends dedicated to new talent and artists in The Tivoli's appreciated Popkorn-contest. A first stipend (10'000 SEK) for 2021 is already secured through donation!

Soon for 25 years The Tivoli, located in the old ferry station from 1898 in Helsingborg, which hasn't only been a rock schack but has also been a watering hole/gathering place for the younger crowd, a nursery-garden for up and coming artists and a central part of the Helsingborg regions entertainment hub. The business has blossomed but it has also been the victim of biker wars, threatened with shutdown for political agendas, the actual house has been moved(!) to where it currently stands at the Copenhagen docks of Helsingborg, the business has suffered through bankruptcy but risen yet again and now takes on the latest threat to all business of our modern time - corona/faces the challenges and new reaility that corona has brought for businesses the world over and all of its necessary adaptations/customizations it requires. One of the explanations to both the successes as well as the endurance of this business is the passion and devotion for it and all it entails that the leader Hasse Jönsson and all of his co-workers has exhibited and contributed with throughout the years. This in combination with an unrelenting, close to obsessesive, love of the music and the context's and meetings it opens up and inspires. The book about The Tivoli is something to watch out for not just for the music lovers but but also for all who has a genuine interest in the part that popular cultures takes for a continuous growth and cultivation of society.
